5. Cancellations & Refunds

6. Operator Responsibilities

Operators are independent businesses responsible for the safety, timeliness, and quality of the service. Ferry Ghat does not control or guarantee operator performance but will help in dispute resolution between customers and operators.

7. User Responsibilities

  • Follow safety instructions onboard.
  • Do not tamper with safety equipment.
  • Avoid abusive, illegal or disruptive behaviour.

8. Liability Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ferry Ghat is not liable for losses arising from operator actions, delays due to weather, government directives, or user negligence. Our liability is limited to the service fees collected by Ferry Ghat for the affected booking.

10. Prohibited Activities
